Here at SEMPER CONSTRUCTION LTD, We offer our clients a state of the art design option.
This is where as we will liase with you to ascertain your specific requirements, as to how you envisiage your completed building to look. Once your 100% happy we utterly share your vision,
we finalise all necessary drawings for you to fully assess.
Our next step is to submit your project to planning for approval,
and get your project passed by building control.
Therefore taking the headache of the monotonous mountains of paperwork away from you.
Ultimately all this can be done within your quoted time frames to agreed rates.

-----DESIGN & BUILD-----
We proudly offer a design and build service.
THE PROCESS
We will complete your drawings to your full approval.
Once approved by you, our team of highly skilled builders will arrive on site to complete your foundations.
Whilst your foundations are being built, we are building your ground floor and first floor and roof in our factory.
We work closely with our builders to ensure that we have completely finished your pod units "ON TIME",
and ready to deliver the day the foundations are completed.
The GF & FF finished PODS arrive on wagons in the early morning and our cranes hoist them into position.
The external skin of brickwork is being applied by our skilled and efficient bricklayers,
whilst inside the plasterers are applyng the final plastering layers to finish the interior rooms.
Electrics are wired up the day of delivery by our subcontracted team of qualified electricians.
The general electrics are completed in our factory so that on site our electricians only have to connect the two units together and connect the bottom unit to the main circuit board.
All electrical work undertaken in our factory is tested prior to leaving our premises and signed off by a quality control manager. A certificate of all requirements being met will be issued to you.
A subcontracted plumber is also on site the day of delivery to connect all units together.
All plumbing ie showers, sink / bathroom taps, toilets etc are pressure tested in our factory,
and once again prior to leaving our premises by a fully qualified plumber.
This process enables your structure to be erected faster and more accurately than any traditional build.
-----SUPPLY ONLY-----
We can also work with you on a supply only basis.
Supplying your pods / structures whilst your own builders (or yourselves if you are builders)
complete your foundations and make any last minute alterations.
-----TRADITIONAL BUILD-----
In some cases due to access restrictions,
it may not be possible to achieve the quick Modular Construction type of build.
We are also able to offer a quote to complete your project in traditional brick and block system
should this suit better your needs.
Our associated builders have over 25 years experience, are totaly professional,
and posess trade and product knowledge only gained through years of high standard construction.
